As ASHI certified home inspectors and certified by the State of Nevada you can trust the NEV-CAL team to honestly and objectively provide you with a comprehensive analysis of the home’s major systems and components.
Our inspectors adhere to the ASHI standards of practice in California and NRS 645D standards of practice in Nevada and our written reports are detailed with color coded text and embedded pictures. The written report is sent as a PDF attachment by the next business day.
The NEV-CAL team is happy to discuss the findings at the end of the inspection should the client plan to attend or by phone after the client has had a chance to review the report.
Standard Residential Inspection –
The NEV-CAL Standard Residential Inspection report will cover the condition of the home’s heating system; central air conditioning system (temperature permitting); interior plumbing and electrical systems; the roof, attic and visible insulation; walls, ceilings, floors, windows and doors; the foundation, basement and structural components.
Pre-listing Residential Inspection –
Home buyers are not the only people who hire NEV-CAL Home Inspections. Homeowners and Real Estate Professionals also use the inspection process to gain knowledge of the condition of the home before placing it on the market. This process helps the client to acknowledge or correct deficiencies prior to listing the home.
Manufactured Home Inspection –
Manufactured homes differ from traditional home construction and have additional inspection requirements. Our Manufactured Home Inspection covers the same systems and components as the Standard Residential Inspection as well as the items that are unique to manufactured homes. The additional inspection requirements include items such as home certifications and proper installation procedures.
Light Commercial Inspection –
Office space and apartment buildings also benefit from the inspection process. NEV-CAL Home Inspections can provide detailed inspections of commercial structures up to 10,000 square feet and apartment buildings up to four units.
