Andrew and Randall are wonderful. They are thorough, and their reports are comprehensive. They were very personable and took the time to talk with us to explain their findings. They were patient and answered every question we posed. Andrew even returned at no cost to inspect an area he was unable to inspect on his first visit due to snow cover.
