This is the second time I have used Nev-Cal inspections and each time a very thorough, detailed report with pictures have been provided. I walk away feeling confident in the house I am purchasing or selling as in the first time I used them that the house is safe and sound. I have no hesitation in referring to family or friends. Great group of people!!!
